Youth News Kids in Community & Service (KICS) Kids in Community & Service (KICS), the Midway Christian Church youth group, generally meets from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall on the second and fourth Sundays each month. This faith-based gathering is for Midway Christian youth, and invited friends, in grades K-5. On Sunday, November 24, we will make biscuits (from scratch) for the Community Dinner this night. Enough will be made to take some home, too!
Locally Grown, led by Jeremiah Johnson, meets generally on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. on a rotating schedule at each of the churches as follows: September, October, November - Midway Presbyterian

Disciples' Youth Lock-In November 22-23, 2019 Calling All 6th to 12th Graders:
Meet at Crestwood Christian Church, 1882 Bellefonte Drive, Lexington, at 10:00 p.m. for worship, games, and registration. We will then head to Malibu Jacks for games, food and fun. Registration deadline is Monday, November 18 Scouting Opportunities at Midway Christian Church
Cub Scout Pack #41 (boys in grades K-5) meets at 7:00 p.m. on the first three Tuesdays of each month in the basement of the sanctuary building (use Gratz Street door).
Boy Scout Troop #40 (youth in grades 6-12) meets at 7:00 p.m. on the first three Tuesdays of each month in Fellowship Hall. |
